If you have any doubts, you can contact the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) office by phone at 0800 60 10 11 or via email at [email protected]. Also, you can go to the nearest South African Social Security Agency to talk to an officer.
If you are not approved, the agency will inform you with an argument in writing about why your application wasn’t successful. After that, you can appeal to the Minister of Social Development within 90 days.
Your Grant in aid may be reviewed when the attached grant is reviewed.
