The Flare Account® is an account by the Pathward, N.A., which gives you a prepaid debit card and works like a checking account with some benefits.
Plus, it does not require a credit history. But note that it is not the type of account that helps you with credit rebuilding.
Furthermore, it charges $5 to $9.95 as a monthly fee and $2.50 ATM cash withdrawal.
However, it offers an interest rate on funds and saving accounts, a 0.01% APY and up to 6% APY, respectively.
Moreover, there is no PIN transaction fee or fee for loading the debit card. But, it charges 3% as a foreign transaction fee.
Finally, it offers a mobile app where you can manage all of your financial activity 24/7.

This account offers you a prepaid card with no deposit limit. As well as allows you to enable Direct Deposits from paycheck so you can secure payments and get paid faster.
Also, you can earn 0.01% APY on funds. And, if you decide on a saving account, you can earn up to 6% APY.
Moreover, you can download the mobile app to manage all your financial activity. As well as to activate perks like cashback rewards.
But, it charges a monthly service fee and foreign transaction fee. Plus, it charges ATM Cash withdrawal fees and Account-to-Account Transfer Fee – Customer Service Agent.
