How does the PCB Secured Credit Card work?

As this is a secured credit card, you will need to make a collateral deposit after applying. And this deposit will be equal to your credit limit. Also, you can choose to deposit between $200 and $1,000.

But after your first year of account opening, you can request a credit limit increase ($5,000 maximum). Also, you might have to make additional deposits to get your credit increased, and you have to make all of your payments to qualify.

Plus, this credit card sends all of your monthly payment reports to all three major credit bureaus. And this can help you establish or reestablish credit, once you make all of your payments on time.

Even though the annual fee is $39, it will get deducted from your initial credit limit. For example, if you made a deposit of $200 and have a credit limit of $200, your initial credit will be $161.
