Apply online
Access Chase’s website, find the Freedom Unlimited option and click on Apply as a Guest if you have not had an account yet. If you already have an account, you can Sign In and apply for the card.
Then, fill in the form with your personal information, such as your Full Name, Date of Birth, Address, Email, and Social Security number.
Also, you need to fill in the income information, like the primary source of income and total gross annual income. Besides that, it requires your employment status.
