Access the American Express® website and select Savings Account.
Then, click on Open an Account.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen OR a resident alien with a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) with a home address in the U.S.
After that, click on Begin.
Fill in your personal and contact information and Tax Withholding.
Finally, read the terms and conditions, fund your account, and you are good to go!
