If you already have an Acceptance Certificate Number, enter it and click on Apply Now to fill in the forms with your personal information!
If you don’t have it, click on “Can’t find your Acceptance Certificate Number?”. Then, enter your personal information and check out if you match.
Finally, enter your code and submit it.
