A Chime® Credit Builder Card application not only helps you build credit history but also gives you tools that make the process easier.
Also, there are no annual fees, interest charges, foreign transaction fees, minimum security deposit required, and credit check in the application whatsoever.
All you need to do is open a Chime Spending Account, where you can move money into your Credit Builder to use it as a credit limit.
This helps you control, track, and manage your spending wisely and safely.

Apply online
Access the Chime website and click on Get Started. Then, fill in the forms with your basic and personal information.
You must note you will need a direct deposit account with Chime.
So, if you don’t have an account, you have to open one at the Chime Spending Account section. It takes under 2 minutes to do it.

After getting the approval, you can download the Chime app to manage your spending and track your credit-building process.
Chime® Credit Builder Card vs. Indigo® Mastercard® for Less than Perfect Credit
Both cards help you build your credit history. However, an Indigo® Mastercard® for Less than Perfect Credit will charge interest. But, since it is an unsecured credit card, you don’t need a security deposit to start using it.
On the other hand, the Chime® Credit Builder Card is free of fees and interest. Even though it requires a Chime account and a security deposit, it doesn’t put a stake at a minimum.
