The card requires at least an excellent credit score for the application and charges a $550 annual fee.

Access the Bank of America website and choose the Bank of America® Premium Rewards Elite on the credit cards tab.
Then, click on Apply Now.
Before applying, read all the terms and conditions, including the benefits summary.
Then, fill in the forms with your basic and income information.
Finally, submit the application and wait for approval.
